Complaint Channels

If you need to make a complaint about our services, you can use either one of our channels as below:

  1. Send email to our Complaints Officers (;
  2. Send a written letter to the address: “Unit 1004, 10/F, Bank of America Tower, 12 Harcourt Road, Central, Hong Kong” and Attn. to “Complaints Officers”
  3. When you make a complaint, please provide your client ID with a detailed description of the complaint so that we can record and investigate it. We will contact the customer within 7 working days to explain and communicate the solution. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may consider continuing feedback through the above channels or seek assistance from the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre.
