This presentation mentions "Sunfund (Hong Kong)" and related businesses, and unauthorized use has been made of our company’s name and brand information.

We hereby solemnly declare:

• Sunfund Group has no knowledge of "NB Group" or any related entities and has never engaged in any business dealings, collaborations, or granted any authorizations to them.
• Any references in the aforementioned presentation are not endorsed or participated in by our Group, and we assume no responsibility for its content or authenticity.
• All business activities of Sunfund Group are strictly compliant with relevant Hong Kong regulations and licensing requirements (including Type 1, 4, 6, and 9 licenses and money lending licenses), and are conducted solely through official channels.

To safeguard public interests, Sunfund Group urges everyone to remain vigilant and avoid potential losses resulting from this document or similar misleading information.
